We cover wear items like bulbs, wiper blades, brakes as we as shocks and struts. We know from first hand experience that extended warranties are a lot of money up front and you have to take care of maintaining the vehicle or they will not cover it. Membership Auto does BOTH service and repair so you don't have to worry. We know that not many people blow and engine but everyone should be getting regular service and maintenance every 3-4 months.
100% yes. If we find an issue on inspection we have several ways to help you. In house financing, reduced cost for up front repairs or add it to the exclusions list. They exclusion list works like this. If you have bald tires when we inspect it, and you cant replace them right now, we will cover the other thousands of things that can and will go wrong with the vehicle - except those tires. Simple as that!

Month to month, cancel anytime for any reason. Give us 145 day notice and you are all set. We would be sad to see you go , but we don't believe you will leave because we treat our client with respect and give them more than they pay for... always.
Anywhere that we have Membership Auto locations. The service and repair has to be done at our authorized facilities. We have systems in place to ensure you don't get ripped off and are well taken care of. We cannot guarantee that at another garage. We opened our garage doors in August of 1999.
Not a chance. If we neglect brake pads, we will need to replace the rotors and that more money. If we neglect pads and rotors we can damage calipers. If we neglect any of the 3 it can result in ABS damage and that costs us even more money. We align our interest with you, out valued client. We believe the days of adversarial relationships with your mechanic need to end. They think you have money and want to take it to pay their bills or buy a new toy. No one works on commission at Membership Auto, so there are no high pressure sales or games. We need you to enjoy working with us, or you leave and we don't succeed. We are a team.
